Bruises and Knocks Cream

There are quite a few products in the market that contain Arnica to apply to those pesky accidents life is full of. What is different with this formula is that it is water based and that it contains, as well as the classical Arnica, a few more herbs to heal the bruise as well as reduce the bruising.

Safety: Do not put Arnica on an open wound.

I invented this formula the very first time I fell off a horse. I spectacularly slammed myself against the wooden log that lined the arena. I immediately went home, made the mix, got my flatmate to rub it along my spine. I hardly got any pain. When I looked at myself in the mirror two days later I was pleased to see that there were no bruises along the spine. However, my derriere, which I had failed to embrocate with the cream, sported some horrid black and blue art work. It was pretty bad but it showed me how well it had worked where I had in fact used the remedy!
