Nappy Rash Preventive Ointment

Nappy rash is a fact of life but it doesn’t have to be. To avoid nappy rash one of the best things to do is to wash your baby’s bottom with every change (more details on this subject in my book Natural Childcare), keep those wipe things for when you are out and about. The other good thing to do is to use a barrier cream to prevent baby’s delicate skin from soaking in effluent. The problem with barrier creams is that some babies react badly to them and they certainly do not heal a bad rash.
